90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Use your Amblewell WarmPress every day for 90 days. If your hands don't feel better, send it back for a full refund. No forms, no store credit, no fuss. You can return it used: we'd rather you tried it properly than wondered about it.

This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How it works

1. Email hello@getamblewell.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery.
2. We reply within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, AEST) with the return instructions and the return address.
3. Once the parcel reaches us, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

12-Month Replacement Warranty

If the motor, the heating element or the battery fails within 12 months of delivery, we replace it at no cost. It doesn't cover misuse, water damage or drops. Email hello@getamblewell.com with your order number and a short description of the fault.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
